France/Netherlands:

• For orders under €79.99, we charge a flat shipping fee of €13.99

EU countries (10 countries): Italy, Czech Republic, Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Hungary

Sweden, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg & Monaco

For deliveries to Norway and Switzerland, as well as to all other countries not listed above, we charge a flat shipping fee of €40.

Taxes, VAT & Customs Duties

• For all countries listed above, with the exception of Switzerland and Norway, our prices include statutory VAT. No additional taxes or import fees apply.
• For deliveries to Switzerland or Norway, additional customs, import, or tax fees may apply depending on the respective national import regulations. These fees are to be borne by the recipient.

Important Note on Customs and Import Regulations

By placing an order with MUNBYN, you confirm that the import of the ordered products is permitted in the destination country. The recipient is considered the official importer and is responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs provisions of the destination country.

Note: Deliveries to PO box addresses are unfortunately not possible.

Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us within 12 hours of completing your order.

After this period, an address change cannot be guaranteed, as the order may already be in processing or in transit. In individual cases, this may result in additional shipping costs.
