Return Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you contact us within 5 hours of placing your order, it may be possible to cancel your order. This also applies to pre-ordered products. Please email us at order@munbyn.com and we will do our best to assist you.

PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED

If you do not receive the package, please contact us within 7 days. Otherwise, we will not be able to reship or refund your order.

NOTES

1. Please note that Munbyn does not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery (this excludes returns for defects or quality issues, which may be accepted after review and approval by Munbyn).

2. For Munbyn products purchased from other authorized retailers or sellers, please contact the vendor from whom the item was originally purchased.

RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to quality or damage issues, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving the items for an exchange or refund. For our personalized products, we cannot provide an exchange or refund. Refunds will only be processed via your original payment method.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and shipping fees, and will be charged shipping fees at most once (including returns); for returning the product, the consumer will not be charged a restocking fee.

Please let us know if you would like to exchange an item(s) upon receipt of your purchase. If you would like to exchange an item(s) (this excludes personalized items), please email order@munbyn.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the item you would like to exchange it for.

Please note that any additional postage costs incurred when exchanging or returning an item will be your responsibility and the new item will be dispatched once we have received the additional postage cost. Once this has been received, the new item will be dispatched straight away. If you return a product for a refund, the original shipping fee cannot be refunded.

Please ensure that your items are returned new and unused, with all tags still attached. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We strongly advise that you use recorded delivery or special delivery when returning items to us, as we cannot refund items lost in the post. All goods remain your responsibility until we receive them.

Exchanges received outside the above-stated time frames will not be accepted. Any exchanges, other than where the item is faulty, will require you to arrange and pay for the products to be returned to us. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes incurred when returning a product cannot be refunded.

FAULTY ITEMS

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. We at WWW.MUNBYN.COM take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any defects before sending them to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected upon receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to make a report, please state your query clearly when contacting order@munbyn.com regarding the defect.

Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. If you return an item to us because it is faulty, we will refund you the postage you paid in returning the item to us.
